At Cardineau, we have a unique inventory of moulds. We offer 440 different models, most of which were created on request, with innovative, unique shapes.Our design office enables us to design and manufacture moulds with very short lead times for prototypes, pre-series or large series.
Mould plans are created according to the part to be made, but they also take the following parameters into account: the ease of demoulding, to prevent corners or edges from chipping, and the ease of mould assembly and disassembly.
Today, our team of 25 people makes human-scale production possible, for its most traditional activities, in various industry segments such as furniture, upholstery, designer for tiny quantity (luxury objects notably) or serial production.
